Taught by a BackCare Professional & qualified Back4Good® Low Back Pain Practitioner, these classes are suitable for anyone suffering with non-acute or chronic injuries & are particularly suited to anyone recovering from back pain, sciatica, slipped discs, degenerative discs, bulging discs, surgery and osteoporosis; as well as anyone with hip, knee, shoulder & neck problems.
