Taught by a BackCare Professional & qualified Back4Good® Low Back Pain Practitioner, these classes are suitable for anyone suffering with non-acute or chronic injuries & are particularly suited to anyone recovering from back pain, sciatica, slipped discs, degenerative discs, bulging discs, surgery and osteoporosis; as well as anyone with hip, knee, shoulder & neck problems.

Beginners Pilates Course
The Beginners Course is for anyone with no or very little experience of Pilates. You will learn the fundamentals & principles of Pilates & work on improving your strength, flexibility and balance with good technique.
The course is structured over six weeks to help you build a sound foundation of the exercises to enable you not only to progress your fitness and exercise to the next level, but also to start feeling the benefit in your daily life as we will be working on improving posture and movement.
Class sizes are kept small to ensure you receive all the support you need to help you understand, practice and enjoy Pilates safely. As places are limited, to secure a place booking is required with full payment in advance.

A slower paced, low impact class which is particularly focused towards more mature exercisers & anyone wanting to take more time to hone their Pilates technique.
We work specifically on improving posture, and on increasing core strength & stability. The classes will help to improve your balance, flexibility, coordination & circulation.
Age is just a number: there is no minimum or maximum age for this class.

Classes provide a gentle, progressive and balanced programme of Pilates to reconnect to your abdominals, activate your pelvic floor muscles & then build strength, flexibility & control. We focus on functional movement & posture enabling you to get you back in shape & fit for the daily challenges of motherhood.
+ Women’s Health
This class focuses on balance, posture, flexibility & strength. We can also accommodate clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Pilates Reformer Private Lesson
Work on your goals with a lesson plan & exercises tailored specifically to your needs and your body.

Rehabilitation Pilates
This class supports anyone recovering from and managing injuries, musculoskeletal disorders including osteoarthritis, hip and knee replacements, shoulder problems, rotator cuff injuries, low back pain, and inflammatory conditions including rheumatoid arthritis and gout. We focus on encouraging confidence with movement and assisting appropriate use of muscles. Exercises can be tailored to those managing osteoporosis.
These specialist classes are kept to a maximum of 6 clients to ensure everyone receives the attention they need to practice safely and effectively.
