Strong Spine: Specialist Pilates for Sciatica & Back Pain (Small Group Backcare Pilates)

Taught by a BackCare Professional & qualified Back4Good® Low Back Pain Practitioner, these classes are suitable for anyone suffering with non-acute or chronic injuries & are particularly suited to anyone recovering from back pain, sciatica, slipped discs, degenerative discs, bulging discs, surgery and osteoporosis; as well as anyone with hip, knee, shoulder & neck problems.

• New mums at any stage of postpartum recovery (6 weeks after natural birth or 8. Weeks after caesarean)
• Those looking to gently ease back into exercise with a focus on healing and strengthening.
• Mums who want to connect with other mothers in a supportive, relaxed setting.
• Anyone seeking a safe, effective way to rebuild strength and balance while accommodating the needs of their baby.

If you are completely new to Pilates a private one-to-one lesson is useful to help you understand the basic techniques and the key fundamentals of Pilates – you will use these throughout your Pilates journey even when you progress on to the advanced exercises.
