Caroline Churchill

I'm Caroline, a movement coach, Pilates teacher and personal trainer specialising in helping adults over 40 move better, reduce pain, and feel strong again.
 

With Level 4 Pilates certification, Level 3 Personal Training, and specialist training in bone health, back pain, and menopause, I combine evidence-based movement with personalised coaching that helps you feel stronger and more confident in your body - no matter your starting point.
