Becoming a mum is a beautiful journey, but it can also take a toll on your body. Our "Core & Restore" Pilates class is designed specifically for new mothers who want to strengthen their core, rebuild their pelvic floor, and re-balance their bodies - all while keeping their little ones close by.

I am well-versed in addressing a wide range of conditions, from back pain to menopausal symptoms, allowing me to create a safe and supportive environment where you can confidently work toward your fitness and wellness goals.
