The Beginners Course is suitable for anyone with no or very little experience of Pilates, but it can also be helpful for anyone wanting to understand the basics of Pilates and work on improving their technique. The course will cover the fundamentals & principles of Pilates, and we will be working to improving your strength, flexibility and balance by focusing on good form and technique. The course is structured over six weeks to help you build a sound foundation of the exercises to enable you not only to progress your fitness and exercise to the next level, but also to start feeling the benefit in your daily life as we will be working on improving posture and movement. Class sizes are kept small to ensure you receive all the support you need to help you understand, practice and enjoy Pilates safely.
All bookings are final, refunds are not offered. We reserve the right to cancel any course before the start date. If a class or course is cancelled a full refund will be given. We reserve the right to exclude anyone on health grounds.
