A slower paced, low impact class which is particularly focused towards more mature exercisers & anyone wanting to take more time to hone their Pilates technique. We work specifically on improving posture, increasing core strength & stability. The classes will help to improve your balance, flexibility, coordination & circulation. Age is just a number: there is no minimum or maximum age for this class. Class sizes are kept small (to a maximum of 10) to ensure you receive all the support you need to help you understand, practice and enjoy Pilates safely.
