Caroline is a certified Body Control Pilates teacher (mat and Pilates apparatus), a BackCare Professional and qualified Back4Good® Low Back Pain Practitioner; she also holds Level 3 Awards in Pilates for Bone Health, Pilates for the Older Adult, and Pilates for Pregnancy (pre and postnatal). Caroline is a registered teacher with The Society for The Pilates Method, a member of the Body Control Pilates Association, and the Body Control Pilates Academy.
Caroline believes that movement is a key element to achieving and enjoying a healthy and happy life and that this should be available to everyone. With this principle in mind Caroline’s approach to teaching Pilates is supportive, encouraging, challenging and fun. By keeping group classes small she ensures that she can focus on giving everyone in the class the attention they need to practice safely and effectively.
Having initially trained as a Pilates teacher to deepen her own understanding of the Pilates method and improve her personal technique and practice, Caroline found that sharing her love of Pilates and helping others to move well, work on their goals, and have fun whilst working out became a passion.
In Caroline’s classes you will find a strong focus on good form and technique. Her attention to detail will help you to work with precision and control and ultimately build the strength, mobility and flexibility you need. Caroline's motto is 'keep moving'.
