Greenwich Fitness & Pilates Studio
This class supports anyone recovering from and managing injuries, musculoskeletal disorders including osteoarthritis, hip and knee replacements, shoulder problems, rotator cuff injuries, low back pain, and inflammatory conditions including rheumatoid arthritis and gout. We focus on encouraging confidence with movement and assisting appropriate use of muscles. Exercises can be tailored to those managing osteoporosis.
These specialist classes are kept to a maximum of 6 clients to ensure everyone receives the attention they need to practice safely and effectively.

Private 1:1 Class (1hr)
A chance to work on your specific goals, with a lesson plan tailored to your needs.
Available in Home Studio Barbican EC2 or Online Studio
£55 per lesson (discounts for multiple classes)
FREE Pilates Reformer Private Lesson
An opportunity to have a private 1:1 session(s) on the Reformer with a trainee teacher (teacher is qualified Level 3 Pilates matwork).
You do not need any previous experience of the Reformer but you should be generally fit and healthy with no contraindictaed medical conditions or injuries

Back4Good® & Healthy Back classes
Taught by BackCare Professional and qualified Back4Good® Low Back Pain Practitioner.
Classes are suitable for anyone suffering from persistent low back pain, often through referral from a medical practitioner, class are aimed at anyone recovering from back pain, sciatica, slipped discs, degenerative discs, bulging discs, surgery and osteoporosis.

Classes provide a gentle, balanced workout with the focus on strengthening the core abdominals that do so much for your posture and for supporting your back.
All classes These specialist classes are kept to a maximum of 6 clients
confidence in movement and appropriate use of muscles in the body.
These specialist classes are kept to a maximum of 8 clients.
Postnatal & Women’s Health Pilates
Suitable for new Mums when you have full clearance from your doctor/healthcare professional to return to exercise. Classes provide a gentle, progressive and balanced programme of Pilates to reconnect to your abdominals, activate your pelvic floor muscles and then build strength, flexibility and control. We focus on functional movement and posture enabling you to get you back in shape and fit for the daily challenges of motherhood.
+ Women’s Health
This class focuses on balance, posture, flexibility and strength. We can also accommodate clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
