What Online Coaching With Me Looks Like 

My online coaching doesn’t include generic workouts or being left to get on with it alone.  It is fully personalised and bespoke to you and your goals.

 


Assessment & Tailored Plan
We begin with a personalised assessment and goal-setting process, where I take time to understand your movement, any aches or stiffness, your lifestyle, and what you want to achieve, whether that’s feeling confident for a family event, staying active as you get older, or simply moving without discomfort.

 

You’ll follow a fully personalised programme, broken into manageable sessions that fit around your week.

Clear Guided Sessions & Technique Feedback

Each exercise comes with clear guidance so you know exactly what you’re doing and why.  Throughout the programme, you can send me videos of your movements.  I review these carefully and provide detailed coaching feedback, helping you improve technique, build confidence, and get the most from every session. 

Regular Progress Support
I stay closely involved, with regular check-ins, encouragement, and programme updates, so you’re never left guessing or wondering whether you’re doing the right thing.   

 

Habit & Lifestyle Guidance
Alongside the exercises, I also support you with habits, recovery, posture, and everyday movement, so progress feels achievable and sustainable. 

Many clients are surprised by how supported they feel with this approach, often more so than with traditional in-person sessions, because coaching happens throughout the week, not just during a single appointment.

All of the training exercises were personalised with adjustments to account for the fact i havent done any regular exercise for ages and to allow for the arthritis in one knee. They were all broken down into smaller, daily sessions each with an accompanying video for guidance. I have been able to stick to completing the exercises for the majority of days, which has helped with overall motivation and have already seen improvements on getting up and down from the exercise mat!”  Jo

We begin with a one-to-one consultation to understand your current fitness, movement abilities, any stiffness or aches, medical conditions, and your goals, whether that's keeping up with the grandkids, getting back into a sport, gardening pain free, or improving overall health and fitness.  Together, we create a plan that’s tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your objectives.

 

2. Fully Coached & Personalised Programme
Even if I’m not physically in the room with you, I’m guiding you every step of the way.  You’ll follow your personalised exercises, and send me videos of your movements.  I review them and provide detailed feedback via video (or sometimes we might hop onto a zoom call), giving you real, actionable tips to tweak your form, improve technique, and get the most from every exercise.


3. Ongoing Guidance & Support
I stay involved throughout your journey, monitoring your progress, checking in regularly, and adjusting your plan as needed.  You’ll always have clear guidance, so you can train confidently and safely, without worrying if you're 'doing it right'.

4. Home & Lifestyle Support
Alongside your personalised plan, you’ll receive resources and advice to make movement part of your everyday life.  Together, we build healthy habits that help you feel better and more energised, and mean your results stick long-term, keeping you active, strong, and healthy.

Caroline Churchill

Hi, I'm Caroline, a movement coach, Pilates teacher, Personal Trainer and Functional Fitness Coach who helps people move with more ease, strength, and confidence

I take a personalised, whole-body approach, drawing on Pilates, and years of experience supporting clients with everything from back pain and niggles to strength goals and long-term wellbeing.

Whether you’re dealing with discomfort, feeling held back by stiffness, or simply want to move better and stay active, I meet you exactly where you are.  Together, we improve how your body works, build strength that feels good, and create habits that support the life you want to live.
