​You’ve had enough of living with back pain – and you’re ready to do something that actually works.

Maybe you’ve tried physio, massage or home exercises. Things feel better for a while… until they don’t.

You’re not after another quick fix. You want long-term relief, confidence in your body, and to get back to the things you love.

Whether you’re stiff after sitting, flaring up every time you try to get active, or just don’t feel like yourself anymore – this programme is designed to help you feel strong, steady and pain-free again.

TWO SMALL GROUP SESSIONS PER WEEK – one in-person (Folkestone), one live online (recording available)

 

A TAILORED HOME SUPPORT PLAN to keep you moving & progressing between sessions.

BACKCARE PRACTITIONER providing consistent coaching, encouragement and expert eyes on your progress.

ONGOING PROGRAMME with a 2-month minimum to give your body time to respond.  

 

EASY monthly membership – no long-term contracts, just real support.

How Long Does It Take?

Back pain doesn’t resolve overnight – and quick fixes don’t last.  This is a progressive programme that supports long-term change.

Most people start noticing meaningful change in 6–8 weeks of regular, guided movement.

That’s why this programme runs on an ongoing monthly basis, with a 2-month minimum commitment to start.

It gives your body the time, support and consistency it needs to start feeling better, and helps you build strong, sustainable habits.

You’re welcome to continue for as long as it’s helping (many do!).
