My extensive qualifications, including Level 4 Pilates, and certifications in Pilates for bone health, the older adult, and pre-and postnatal care, ensure that each session is tailored to your unique needs. I am well-versed in addressing a wide range of conditions, from back pain to menopausal symptoms, allowing me to create a safe and supportive environment where you can confidently work toward your fitness and wellness goals.

Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to refine your practice, my ongoing commitment to professional development means I bring the latest techniques and knowledge to our sessions. You’ll enjoy a variety of exercises that not only challenge you but also support your long-term health and well-being, helping you move with confidence and strength.
