Unlike other programmes that focus on random exercises or quick fixes, this programme is designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in your body. We’ll track real progress, like increasing the number of push-ups or squats you can do. If you’re not 50% stronger by the end of 8 weeks, I’ll continue to work with you for free until you are!
